Scope and Boundaries
In our 5th sustainability report, we reaffirm our commitment to operating conscientiously and sustainably. Our sustainability disclosures follow an annual cycle from January 1 to December 31, 2023. The report covers the performance and management approach of Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. (Metrobank) in economic, environmental, social, and governance (EESG) issues. The contributions of Metrobank Foundation, Inc., our local subsidiaries, and our employee volunteerism group, the Purple Hearts Club, are also presented in this report.
